And, uh, yeah, so the, the Wednesday before, which would've been a recording day, the turkey holiday, uh, and I'm reminding you now that James is also in the same space where the bike shop is.

We got a nice little gift, a little Thanksgiving treat on the door- Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah... of our building. [laughs] That's why we're calling this The Trespassing Edition of the radio show. Yes. Be very, very quiet.

[laughs] Yeah, so okay, so- We're gonna have to drill out the locks... with- without reading the whole thing and understanding that it's not legal in any legal sense apparently, uh, there was a sign that said...

And this is right before Thanksgiving, so we're getting ready to shut down, we're getting ready to have a good time with the family and whatever, whatever.

"Please take notice that the landlord has retaken the pur- premises pursuant to this lease agreement," which we have a master lease holder that we lease from.

Apparently, there's some animosity between the building owners and the master lease holder, and we got caught in the middle.

But essentially, it says, "Do not enter the premises," and, uh, you have to be out and all your personal property has to be out by November 30th, which, spoiler alert, is today- Yeah...

Wednesday the 30th, while we do this show. So needless to say- Hey, who is that? No.

[laughs] [laughs] I'm putting them right up in front of that, that, the, the furnace that James got working today, which is now heating- I, I know how to use a bike as a weapon... heating the shop up.

So yeah, uh, we're trying to work through this so that we can continue to do business as the businesses that we do in here.

And apparently, it's more of a smokescreen, subterfuge to irritate the master lease holder than really make us run away, but- Yeah, we're- I'll tell you what.

Y- you, you don't have a whole lot of recourse on the day before a holiday. It's like it't, it just gives you the kinda the heebie. You're like, "What the hell? Now okay, my lawyer's not even available.

I can't even call the guy 'cause he's getting ready for Thanksgiving too." Which was by design. Yeah, I'm sure. We're just collateral damage here. Obviously. Yeah. We're just sort of caught in the crossfire.

But, uh, so I, in the warm weather apparently, 'cause there's no ice on Lake Michigan yet to ride our fat bikes on, but several reports I've seen on the Book Face have mentioned the lowered level of the lake and the ability to do more beach riding than we've had in the last few years.

I mean, we fill a, a trailer full of toys and stuff, but uh, they appreciate the fact that we're dressed up riding our bicycles and, and they, um, they give us quite a good credit for what we do compared to a big store.

I know the, uh, the good people of Rochester City, uh, Park Department were out plowing the trails this morning, so that's a travelor, so you know, we try to stay on bike trails and bike lanes as much as possible.

So the trail itself, the ride itself should be fairly clean of snow, uh, but there could be some ice, the only problem. Right on. Well, I think it's gonna be a fun event.
