Hello, radio listener. It's Sven. Doing a little experiment out here, uh, with a RODE Wireless GO II to see if we can do some kind of on the road sort of recording versus bringing the big rig along. And, uh,

w- uh, for anybody interested in technical stuff, this is simply the transmitter by itself doing the record mode. There's nothing else going on except a little one and a half inch square box doing all the magic.

And today is Tour de Towner. We, uh, start out at Uptowner on Center Street in Hamilton, River West, and head north about

nine-ish miles, eight, nine miles to traditionally Thirsty Fox, but we've discovered today that they're not open until 6:00 PM, so we're going to another place right up the road called Parkview Pub.

And, um, try and make a couple of, uh, reports along the way, see how the group holds together and whatnot. But, uh, it's a beautiful day for a ride here in Milwaukee. It is

68 degrees and sunny, and it, it pretty much couldn't be a better day. So I would, uh, recommend trying this ride out next year.

It actually h- happens twice a year, uh, the Sunday before Memorial Day, today, and also the Sunday after, or the Sunday before Labor Day coming up in, uh, September.

So, uh, i- if you get the chance and you're in Milwaukee, 10:00 AM Sunday before Labor Day will be the next Tour de Towner. I believe it will be the 23rd edition of it. This is the 22nd today.

That would be our normal destination for this ride, but being as they're closed, we had to, uh, find another venue, and this one presented itself right across the street. I'm gonna walk right up in there.
